Getting Started

Create your account, set up your organization, and start recovering revenue.

Create an Account

Getting started with FullRecover takes just a few minutes.

Visit the sign-up page

Navigate to /login and click "Sign up for free" to switch to the registration form.

Enter your details

Provide your email, password, full name, and organization name. Your organization is created automatically.

Access your dashboard

After registration you are redirected to /dashboard where you can see your recovery overview.

You can invite team members later from the Settings page once your organization is set up.

Onboarding Walkthrough

When you first log in, FullRecover guides you through the key setup steps:

  • Create your first funding source (grant)
  • Import your expense data via CSV
  • Configure eligibility rules for your grant
  • Run your first eligibility evaluation

Your First Steps

Here is the recommended order to get the most out of FullRecover:

Add a Funding Source

Go to /funding and create your first grant with its budget, date range, and billing frequency.

Define Eligibility Rules

Select your funding source and add rules that define which expense categories are eligible, maximum amounts, and documentation requirements.

Import Expenses

Head to /expenses and upload a CSV file from Bill.com, HR, or Sage. You can also use the bulk import tool.

Run Eligibility Check

From the Dashboard, click "Re-evaluate" to run the eligibility engine across all your expenses and funding sources.

Review Your Coverage

Check the Dashboard for your recovery rate, eligible spend, invoiced amounts, and coverage gaps.
